Our Services

To best serve our patients and community, The Purcell Clinic offers separate times for walk in sick and wellness exams. Check our Clinic Calendar for these designated times as we update them periodically based on need and season. 

Our team of Board Certified Pediatricians and Nurse Practitioners see children ages 0 18, or through the completion of college. Our team of providers follow the standards set forth by American Academy of Pediatrics.  

The Purcell Clinic offers initial evaluation appointments for a wide range of Mental Health concerns for our patients. After evaluation, our providers will continue to manage any medications, referrals, and address concerns on a regular appointment routine.  

Our Laurinburg office is open for urgent sick visits by appointment every Saturday & Sunday starting at 8:00am. Our phone lines open at 7:45am to begin scheduling. 

To help you and your little one avoid the Emergency Room at all costs, our office can assist with most emergent needs. 

Our providers are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! We offer nurse triage services over the phone and will connect you with one of our providers if needed!
